This store is operated by Vata Analytics LLC. These terms apply to use of our website, purchases of physical books and digital downloads, and our email newsletter.

Orders and payments

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. Please provide accurate contact and shipping details. Payments are processed by Stripe. An optional add-on is charged only when you choose to purchase it; Stripe may retain your payment method for that purchase.

If an item is unavailable or an order contains a pricing error, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected purchase.

Delivery and refunds

Lulu prints and ships our paperback books. Digital products are delivered by email. See our Shipping Policy for delivery details and our Refund Policy for the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Digital products and content

You may download and use purchased digital products for your own personal, noncommercial use. Please do not resell, redistribute, or publish them without permission. Copyright and other rights remain with their owners; rights provided by law are unaffected.

Email newsletter

We use beehiiv to deliver email content and newsletters. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages or by contacting us. Essential order and support messages may still be sent.
