Paperback delivery

We ship physical books within the United States only. Books are printed on demand by Lulu, typically within 3–5 business days, and then shipped. Shipping time is additional and varies by destination and carrier.

Tracking information is emailed when your order ships. Shipping charges are shown before payment.

Digital delivery

Digital products are delivered by email within minutes of purchase. If you do not see your delivery email, check your spam folder, then contact [email protected].

Delays or delivery problems

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will let you know, provide an updated estimate, and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a refund. Contact us if a book arrives damaged or appears to be lost.
